Quality of Life
Adonai Home and Family Care Program will present an inter-relatedness of the dimensions of health, including physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual and environmental, draws families in the Wake County Community into the understanding that health is about choices, decisions and relationships. This course offers families the opportunity to evaluate their own health lifestyles, using knowledge from nationally renowned experts from various fields of medicine and health. Individuals involved in the program are encouraged to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with new knowledge to make the decisions and modifications necessary to improve their own health and lifestyle behaviors.
The uniqueness of Adonai Home and Family Care is that it is designed to teach lifestyle modifications and new behaviors that improve one's quality of life and health.
Job Readiness Skills
Home and Family Mentoring
We are interested in improving the quality of life by mentoring families in life skills through sessions that will educate and strengthen the family as a core. This may be acquired through job readiness training,improving your education through a skill or trade, or through counseling.
Job readiness skills may be as simple as instructing resume writing, or interview skills. It may require instructions on appropriate business attire or etiquette skills.
A family may require more intense help through family counseling and Adonai can provide that through one of our licensed counselors.
